Dr. Rajnarine K. Roopnarine

DC, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C, DACNB, FABES, NREMT-B

Rajnarine Roopnarine, DC, APRN, DACNB, FABES, FNP-BC, NREMT, is a dedicated, highly-motivated family nurse practitioner and board-certified chiropractic neurologist offering exceptional care to patients at Revive Health Associates in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Roopnarine takes pride in delivering excellence in primary health care and chiropractic services to members of his community. Dr. Roopnarine attended Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York, completing his bachelor’s degree in biology. He studied for his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus, in Port Orange, Florida.

Dr. Roopnarine undertook postgraduate courses at the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies in Cape Canaveral, Florida, and holds board certification in chiropractic neurology and electrodiagnostic studies. Not content with his already impressive medical qualifications, Dr. Roopnarine pursued further studies, earning degrees in emergency medical services and nursing. He graduated with distinction from Chamberlain University with his master’s degree in nursing in the family nurse practitioner program.

Treatments Dr. Roopnarine specializes in include joint and trigger point injections and occipital nerve blocks, as well as chiropractic techniques such as the Activator Method®, Cox® Technic flexion-distraction and decompression, and Graston Technique® instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Dr. Roopnarine is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing Phi Pi Chapter, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Florida Chiropractic Association. He is also a diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and a certified EMT (emergency medical technician).

Dr. Roopnarine’s extensive nursing, medical, and neuroscience experience give him a unique perspective and skill set that benefits all his patients at Revive Health Associates.

Sashana, RN

Registered Nurse

Sashana is excited to be part of the Revive Health team and began her career in healthcare as a licensed practical nurse. In an effort to expand her ability to provide quality care, she became a Registered Nurse upon successful completion of her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Following this, she continued to pursue a higher standard of care and successfully attained her Masters of Science in Nursing.  

Sashana's extensive nursing experience prepares her to provide patients with the highest quality of compassionate care that they deserve. She brings an extensive array of qualifications that can only help to improve the Revive Health experience.
